After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. EST and 5:00 P.M. EST.

We encourage students to e-mail the instructor with questions regarding the video streaming course at instructors@cookeschool.com. With an e-mail to the instructor, the student will have a written document of the response.

For questions by e-mail, there is a 24 Hour response time Monday through Friday, E-mails over Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday will be returned the first business day.

Purpose of the Course:

Licensees in Maryland who want to obtain a West Virginia real estate license must take a 30 Hour West Virginia Real Estate License Law & Supplement course.  This course satisfied that requirement.

1. This course is composed of 7 modules/chapters. Students can assess the streaming video either live or on-demand. After viewing the module/chapter presentation, the student must complete the module/chapter assessment. The student must score a minimum of 80% on each module/chapter assessment before being able to assess the next module/chapter assessment. If score is less than the required 80% students can repeat quiz as many times as necessary to pass.
2. Completing each assessment quiz is the most important part of the course, because as the student works through these modules/chapters, it demonstrates mastery of the course.
3. A student can not move onto the next unit without passing the previous one but, the student will not be able to access the final exam until everything is complete and passed.
4. Once all the modules are completed the student must then complete the required end-of-course exam, which needs to be mailed to the student. 
5. The end-of-course exam is composed of 80 questions with 40 multiple choice and 40 fill-in-blank questions.
6. The student must score 80% on the exam.  If the student fails the exam the student can retake the exam one time without having to retake the course. 
7. When the student mails in their final exam they also must mail in the signed Notarized affidavit.
8. Please allow five business days to receive the official certificate of completion.
   

1. Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
2. Once the student purchases the course, the student has one year to complete the program.
3. This streaming video course does not require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed.  Once the student registers for the course, an email will be sent to student with the user name and password to access the live and recorded stream of the course. Plus, students can find other wonderful additional study materials at the Cooke Bookstore.
4. The student can work through the course at the student's convenience.
5. This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copy right regulations.
6. At the time of registration for the streaming video course, the student will receive an e-mail from Cooke School, verifying the student's registration.
