West Virginia Real Estate Continuing Education Courses to satisfy the 7 hour continuing education requirement.

Cooke offers these program in partnership with one of the largest real estate school providers in the United States, Dearborn Publishing's RECampus Program.  This is the same program offered by many other real estate schools in the State of West Virginia for much more money.

After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 A. M. EST and 5:00 P. M. EST.   

We encourage students to e-mail the instructor with questions regarding the On-Line course at Frank Cooke .  With an e-mail to the instructor, the student will have a written document of the response.  For questions by e-mail, there is a 24 Hour response time Monday through Friday, E-mails over Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday will be returned the first business day.

Information the students needs to know before registering for any one of these courses:

1. Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
2. Once the student purchases the course, the student has ONE year to complete the program.
3. At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail from Dearborn's RECampus, verifying the student's registration.
4. These On-Line courses do not require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed. 
5. Each of the courses have a practice exam that must be completed and passed with a 80%. 
6. FINAL EXAM:  A written final exam is required.  Once the student completes the on-line portion of the course and the practice final exam, it is recommended to e-mail the school at Info@CookeSchool.com  and let the staff know that you have completed the course.  The school will then mail you your final exam.  The final exam for each of the Continuing Education courses is an exam with both multiple choice questions and fill in the blank (subjective) questions.  A score of 75% must be obtained. 
7. The student must mail back the exam, the   "Student Affidavit" and a course evaluation. A business reply envelope will be provided to the student. 
8. If the student fails the end of course exam, the student can retake the end of course exam right away. The student is able to have access to review the course for a year.  If the student fails the second time, the student will need to pay an additional $50 to retake the course exam again.
9. This course is totally web based except for the final exam.  The course is not downloadable.  The student can work through the course at the student's convenience.
10. This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copy right regulations.
