Program. This is the same program offered
by many other real estate schools in the State
of West Virginia for much more money.

are both excellent texts that follow the course
outline. Modern Real Estate Practice
by Fillmore W. Galaty, Wellington J. Allaway and
Robert C. Kyle. Plus West Virginia Real
Estate Basics by Edna Boyd McGill. Students
will find these texts a real PLUS while taking
this outstanding program and preparing for the
State Exam.

you have enrolled, if you have questions relating
to the course material, a licensed real estate
instructor will be available for questions Monday
through Friday between 9:00 A. M. EST and 5:00
P. M. EST.
We
encourage students to e-mail the instructor with
questions regarding the On-Line course at Frank
Cooke . With an e-mail to the instructor,
the student will have a written document of the
response.
For
questions by e-mail, there is a 24 Hour response
time Monday through Friday, E-mails over Saturday,
Sunday or a legal holiday will be returned the

- This course is composed of
32 unit/Chapters. Each unit has four sections:
Reading Assignment, Interactive Exercises, Reading
Comprehensive Quiz and a Unit Exam.
- Each unit/Chapter has Reading
Assignment. The course is designed with
learning objectives so as the student goes through
the unit, the student knows what the objectives
are.
- Every Reading Comprehension
Quiz needs to completed as does each Unit Exams. The
student needs to obtain 100% on the Reading
Comprehensive quizzes and a minimum of 90% on
the Unit Exams. This is the most important part
of this course, because as the student works
through these modules it demonstrates mastery
of the course.
- A student can move on to the
next unit without passing the previous one but
they won't be able to access embedded practice
course exam is complete and passed.
- The student must complete
each module to obtain the approval to take the
practice embedded end-of-course exam.
- The course practice end-of-course
exam has 160 multiple choice questions and the
student needs to score a 75% on the Exam.
- The Cooke staff reviews the
RECampus reports, each day to check students
progress. Once a student completes the
On-line portion of the course the student needs
to e-mail Dee
Thomey their name and address so the school
can help expedite the final course exam to the
student.
- The end-of-course exam is
mailed to the student. The exam is composed
of 160 exam questions. West Virginia requires
both subjective (fill in the blank) questions
and multiple choice questions. There are
80 multiple choice questions and 80 fill in
the blank questions.
- The end-of-course exam will
be mailed to the Student along with
"Directions for Final Exam" and a "Student
Affidavit".
- The Student must mail all
documents back to the school. A postage
paid envelop is provided.
- Upon success completion of
the end-of-course exam and the Affidavit properly
signed and Notarized, a completion certificate
will be mailed to the student. Please
allow three business days for this to occur.

- Once the student purchases
this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
- Once the student purchases
the course, the student has ONE year to complete
the program.
- Students must complete the
exam in one session. Student will not
be allowed to complete the final exam in segments.
A passing grade of 75% is necessary for passing
the course.
- If the student fails the On-Line
end of course exam, the student can retake the
end of course exam right away. The student is
able to have access to review the course for
a year. If the student fails the second
time the student will need to pay an addition
$50 to retake the course exam again.
- Once the student successfully
completes the exam, the course is good for five
years.
- This course is totally web
based. The course is not downloadable.
The student can work through the course at the
student's convenience.
- This course is NOT designed
to be printed for security purposes and copy
right regulations.
- At the time of registration
for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the
student will receive an e-mail from Dearborn's
RECampus, verifying the student's registration.
- Every On-Line student must
agree to the "Student
Affidavit".
