Salesperson Pre license Course is the course required
for licensure by the West Virginia Real
Estate Commission.
West Virginia Real Estate Continuing Education
All
real estate licensees need to renew their license
every year. The West Virginia Real Estate
Commission requires every licensee to take seven
(7) hours of continuing education. The courses
below are all approved to provide that seven (7)
hour course requirement.
West
Virginia also requires that for a distance learning
continuing education course an exam needs to be taken. Please call the school for the exam to be mailed upon completion of the online portion of the course.
